Brokers listed on Business Broker Registry are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including but not limited to credentials, certifications, contact details, service areas, and specializations. By claiming or maintaining a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• --All information you provide is truthful and up to date.
• --You hold any professional licenses or certifications you claim on your profile.
• --You will promptly update your profile if any information becomes inaccurate.

BBR reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that contains false, misleading, or outdated information.

4. Lead Submissions & Privacy

When a visitor submits a lead or inquiry through a broker's contact form, the information provided (name, email, phone number, and message content) is shared with the relevant broker. By submitting a lead, you consent to the broker contacting you regarding your inquiry. Brokers who receive leads agree to handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trademarks, and other intellectual property on Business Broker Registry are owned by or licensed to BBR. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Service without our prior written consent. Broker profile content submitted by users remains the property of the respective broker, with a non-exclusive license granted to BBR for display purposes.

6. Disclaimer

Business Broker Registry is an online directory and lead generation platform. BBR is not a licensed business broker, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial intermediary. We do not:

• --Guarantee the quality, competence, or suitability of any broker listed on our platform.
• --Endorse or recommend any particular broker over another.
• --Guarantee the outcome of any business transaction facilitated through connections made on our platform.
• --Verify the accuracy of all information provided by brokers in their listings.

Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging any broker. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBR and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to BBR, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
